What does it cost?
Nothing to start. On the free plan Zova takes 1.5% of each sale (₦66 minimum), and Pro (₦7,500 a month) drops it to 0.5% (₦50 minimum). Either way it's capped at ₦5,000 a sale and includes VAT. On a booking the fee applies to the deposit only, so cash you collect in person is yours in full. The payment fee is added on top and paid by your customer, not taken from your price.
When do I get my money?
Straight into your own bank account, once a day at 10pm or within minutes of each sale, whichever you choose. Weekends and public holidays included. There is no Zova wallet and nothing to withdraw: your share is split off the moment your customer pays. Each payout costs ₦50, charged by our payment partner, and comes with a statement listing every sale inside it.
How long does setup take? I have a lot of items.
Minutes. Snap your menu or price list, or upload the PDF or Word file, and Zova reads every item, price and size into drafts. You check them, add photos, and publish. If you'd rather type, describe what you sell in your own words and we build the page from that. You get a link like yourname.zova.ink.
Do I need a website or a computer?
No. Everything works on a phone, including taking a photo of your menu. Your link goes in your bio, your status, your DMs or on a QR code at the counter.
Can I take bookings and sell products on the same page?
Yes. A salon selling hair products, a photographer selling prints, a caterer taking event bookings and selling small chops. Services get a time and a deposit; products get a price, sizes or add-ons, and a stock count.
I have more than one location. Does Zova work for me?
Yes, on Pro. Each branch gets its own link, prices, stock and staff, is paid into your main bank account, and you run them all from one login. You can switch between shops, see every branch's sales today in one view, and compare which one is growing. Branches are ₦2,500 a month each, or ₦25,000 a year, on top of Pro.
Can my staff use it?
On Pro, yes. Each person gets their own login, so nobody shares your password, and you can see who handled what. You can move staff between branches without new accounts.
What if my customer does not have WhatsApp?
They can still buy. After paying they land straight on their ticket, which has everything about the order and a link to save. WhatsApp is how updates reach them afterwards, so a number without it means they miss those, not the purchase.
Someone wants a refund. What happens?
You tap Refund, and your customer gets a private link to give the account they want paid. We check that account with their bank and show you the real account name. You send the money from your bank app and mark it sent, and they confirm it arrived. The whole amount goes back, including the payment fee they paid. If it never arrives, we step in.
Is my money safe with Zova?
It never reaches us. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Bachs, and split at source into your own payout account, so there is no Zova wallet holding anything. We are NEXXI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in Nigeria as RC 9766120.
How do customers know a shop is real?
Reviews come only from customers holding a paid ticket, and sellers can't delete them. Registered businesses can verify with their CAC certificate and show their registered name. Every page has a Report button, a person reviews every report, and shops selling anything on our prohibited list are taken down.
Can I stop using it?
Any time, from settings. Your page goes offline immediately and your past sales stay on record. If you are on Pro, cancelling stops the next charge and you keep it until the period you have paid for ends. Branches keep running for 10 days after Pro ends, then pause.
