What does it cost?
Nothing to start. On the free plan Zova takes 3.5% of each sale, capped at ₦5,000, and that includes VAT. Pro is ₦7,500 a month and drops it to 1.5%. On a booking the fee applies to the deposit only, so cash you collect in person is yours in full.
When do I get my money?
The next business day, straight into your own bank account. A sale on Friday lands on Monday, because banks do not settle at weekends. Zova never holds it: your share is split off at the moment your customer pays, so there is no balance to withdraw and nobody to chase.
Do I need a website or a computer?
No. You set it up on your phone in a few minutes by typing what you sell in your own words. You get a link like yourname.zova.ink to put in your bio, your status or your DMs.
What if my customer does not have WhatsApp?
They can still buy. After paying they land straight on their ticket, which has everything about the order and a link to save. WhatsApp is how updates reach them afterwards, so a number without it means they miss those, not the purchase.
Someone wants a refund. What happens?
You refund them from your dashboard and the whole amount goes back, including the card fee they paid. If the money has already settled to your bank, we check it first, usually the same day. That is to stop somebody using refunds to move money, not to hold yours up.
Can I take bookings and sell products on the same page?
Yes, and plenty of people do. A salon selling hair products, a photographer selling prints, a caterer taking event bookings and selling small chops. Services get a time and a deposit; products get a price and a stock count.
Is my money safe with Zova?
It never reaches us. Payments are processed by Paystack and split at source into your own bank account, so there is no Zova wallet holding anything. We are NEXXI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in Nigeria as RC 9766120.
Can I stop using it?
Any time, from settings. Your page goes offline immediately and your past sales stay on record. If you are on Pro, cancelling stops the next charge and you keep it until the period you have paid for ends.
