How can we help?
Simple, step-by-step guides. Every one starts with the short answer.
Most asked
When do I get my money?
Every day at 10pm, or after each sale if you choose instant payouts, weekends and public holidays included. Your share goes straight into your own bank account. Zova never holds your money.
Set up payouts so you get paid
Go to More → Payout & plan. Confirm your email, verify your ID (your NIN and a photo of your ID), then confirm your bank account on our payment partner's secure page. It takes about 5 minutes.
Turn your menu or price list into a shop
Take a clear photo of your menu or price list, or upload a PDF, Word file or typed list. Zova reads it and fills in your items, prices and sizes. You check them and save.
What Zova charges
On the free plan Zova keeps 1.5% of each sale, at least ₦66. On Pro it's 0.5%, at least ₦50. Either way it's never more than ₦5,000 per sale. There's no setup fee and no monthly fee unless you choose Pro.
You got a new order. What now?
Zova sends you a WhatsApp alert and the order appears in Sales, already paid. Tap Start making it (or Start packing it), then Mark ready, then Mark collected or Mark delivered.
Refund a customer
Tap Refund on the order, then Confirm refund. Zova asks the customer for their bank details on WhatsApp. Send the money from your bank app, then tap I've sent it. The customer confirms it arrived.
