Branch payments and pauses

Short answer
Each branch costs ₦2,500 a month or ₦25,000 a year on top of Pro. If a payment fails or Pro ends, the branch keeps taking orders for 10 days, then pauses until it's paid.
- Each branch is billed on its own, monthly or yearly.
- One Pro subscription gives every branch the lower 0.5% fee.
If something goes wrong
- Payment overdue
- The last payment didn't go through. The branch keeps selling for 10 days after it was due, then pauses.
- Your branches are paused
- They're not taking new orders. Tap Pay for this branch (or Renew Pro if Pro ended) to switch them back on.
- Not paid
- A new branch that hasn't had its first payment. It's not taking orders until it's paid for.
Staff in a paused branch see Ask the owner to pay for this branch. Only the owner can pay.
To stop paying for a branch, close it from Branches. You can cancel any time.
