Custom jobs and quotes (Asks)

Short answer
When a job has no fixed price, the customer describes what they want and it lands in Asks. You send one price or decline. If they accept, they pay on the page.
Good for wedding cakes, event catering, custom outfits, home services and anything priced per job.

A customer has sent a request.

Tap Asks
At the bottom of your dashboard. New ones have a badge.

Read what they need
For example: "3-tier wedding cake for 150 guests, white and gold, Saturday 14 Dec."

Send one price, or decline
The customer gets your quote on WhatsApp. If you can't do it, decline it so they're not left waiting.

They accept and pay
It becomes a normal paid job in Sales, marked Custom job, with a ticket and WhatsApp updates.
Requests and quotes expire after 7 days. Answer quickly.
The customer pays exactly what you send, so there's no "last price?" back-and-forth.
