See who did what

Short answer
More → Activity lists everything done on your account: orders marked, bookings moved, quotes sent, refunds and more, and who did it.
Tap More, then Activity. It shows things like:
- Marked an order ready
- Moved a booking to a different time
- Sent a quote
- Declined a request
- Refunded an order
- Marked a refund as sent
- Cancelled a booking
Each line says who did it and when. If you have staff, you can see exactly which person did what.
Customer says nobody told them their order was ready? Check Activity to see when it was marked.
