On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password? and type your email. Open the link Zova emails you within 30 minutes and set a new password.

Open the email from Zova
Tap the link inside within 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

Set a new password
You'll be signed out on your other devices.
Password reset works by email. If you never added an email, you can't reset it yourself. Email us from any address with your business name and WhatsApp number, and we'll help you.
Staff: ask the shop owner to reset your password. They can do it from the staff list in seconds.
