Zova

Keep your account and money safe

Updated October 2026

Short answer

Never share your password or the codes Zova sends you. Zova will never ask for them. Keep a working email on your account, and give staff their own logins instead of yours.

  • Zova will never ask for your password or a code, by call, SMS, WhatsApp or DM. Anyone who does is a scammer.
  • Keep your email up to date. It's how you get back in if you lose your phone, and changing your bank account needs your password.
  • Don't share your login. Give staff their own login so they can't see your money.
  • Check payment in Zova, not on a screenshot. A real order appears in Sales only after the money has gone through.
