Your shop was suspended
Updated October 2026
Short answer
Your page is offline and can't take new orders. Zova tells you why on WhatsApp. If you think it's a mistake, appeal by email from the suspended screen.
What happens
- Your page and all your branches go offline.
- Staff can't sign in.
- You're told why. A person at Zova always reviews it first. Nothing is suspended automatically.
Why shops get suspended
Usually for selling something that's not allowed (like drugs, weapons, stolen or fake goods, prescription medicine without a licence, or money-doubling schemes), or after serious customer reports such as taking money and not delivering. See the full list: what you can't sell.
Think it's a mistake?
On the Your account is suspended screen, tap the appeal link under Think this is a mistake?. Explain what happened. A person reviews every appeal, and you get a WhatsApp message if your account is restored.
Still stuck?
Tell us what you tapped and what you saw. A real person replies, usually the same day.
