Short answer
Tap View ticket in the WhatsApp message Zova sent you. Your ticket shows your reference, what you ordered, the time, address, and any balance left to pay.
- Open the WhatsApp message from Zova and tap View ticket.
- Show the reference (like ZV-BUSH-2D9Q) when you collect.
- The status updates as the shop works on it: Being prepared, Ready for you, All done.
- Bookings have Add to calendar so you don't forget.
