Add, change or remove an item

Short answer
Open Shop and tap Or add one yourself to add an item. To change one, tap it and edit. To take it off your page, open it and tap Remove.
Add an item

Tap Shop
At the bottom of your dashboard.

Fill it in
Name, price and a photo. For products you can add how many you have in stock. For services, set how long it takes.

Add options if it has them
Sizes, colours or extras, each with its own price. See options and add-ons.

Save
It shows on your page straight away.
Change an item
In Shop, tap the item, change what you need and save. Price changes apply to new orders only. Orders that are already paid keep the price the customer paid.
Remove an item
In Shop, open the item and tap Remove. It comes off your page straight away. Past bookings and orders keep their record.
Out of stock?
If you track stock, it goes down by itself every time an order is paid. Zova sends you a WhatsApp message when stock is running low. At zero, the item shows Sold out and nobody can order it. Add stock again to bring it back.
