What the words mean
- Expected
- This payout hasn't been sent yet. It's on its way.
- Paid out
- Sent to your bank.
- Zova fee
- Zova's cut of the sale. See what Zova charges.
- Payment fee
- The payment processing fee. Your customer paid it, on top of your price.
- Cash on the day
- The balance of a booking paid to you in person. It's shown so your records are complete, but it never went through Zova.
- Towards refunds
- Money held back to cover a refund Zova paid a customer for you. See refunding a customer.
