Bookings: only the deposit
Zova's fee applies to the deposit only. The balance the customer pays you in person isn't charged.
The payment fee is paid by your customer
Our payment partner charges a small fee for processing each payment. It's added on top of your price and paid by the customer, shown as its own line at checkout. It's never taken out of your price.
Is Pro worth it for me?
If your orders are ₦10,000 or more, Pro saves you more than the ₦7,500 it costs once you sell about ₦750,000 a month. On smaller orders both plans hit their minimum, so it takes more: about 300 orders a month at ₦5,000, or about 470 at ₦2,000. Below that, the free plan is cheaper. Payout & plan tells you if Pro would cost you money.
