Money & payouts
Getting paid, what Zova charges, and your statement.
- 1
Set up payouts so you get paid
Go to More → Payout & plan. Confirm your email, verify your ID (your NIN and a photo of your ID), then confirm your bank account on our payment partner's secure page. It takes about 5 minutes.
- 2
When do I get my money?
Every day at 10pm, or after each sale if you choose instant payouts, weekends and public holidays included. Your share goes straight into your own bank account. Zova never holds your money.

What Zova charges
On the free plan Zova keeps 1.5% of each sale, at least ₦66. On Pro it's 0.5%, at least ₦50. Either way it's never more than ₦5,000 per sale. There's no setup fee and no monthly fee unless you choose Pro.

Read your statement
More → Statement shows every payout and every sale inside it: what the customer paid, Zova's fee, the payment fee and what reached your bank. You can download or print it.

Change your bank account
Go to Payout & plan and tap Change bank account. Pick the bank, type the account number, enter your Zova password and tap Change bank account. You keep being paid to the old account until the new one is checked.
