Set your booking hours

Short answer
Go to More → Booking hours and set the days and times people can book you. Customers can only pick times inside those hours, and two people can never book the same slot.

Set each day
Choose the start and end time for every day you work. Switch off the days you don't.

Your page only offers times inside these hours from now on.
How slots stay safe
When a customer picks a time, Zova holds it for them while they pay. If they don't finish paying, the time is released for someone else. So you never get two people booked for the same slot.
Booking hours only control bookings. They don't stop customers ordering products.
Taking a day off or travelling? Change your hours for that day so nobody books you.
