Short answer
After your order or booking is done, Zova asks you on WhatsApp to rate it. Only people who actually paid can review, so every review on Zova is real.
- Open the WhatsApp message asking for your review.
- Pick your stars and write a line about what you got.
- The shop can reply once. Nobody can delete your review.
Be specific. "Jollof was hot and came on time" helps other customers more than "nice".
