Zova

When do I get my money?

Updated October 2026

Short answer

Every day at 10pm, or after each sale if you choose instant payouts, weekends and public holidays included. Your share goes straight into your own bank account. Zova never holds your money.

Customers pay by bank transfer through our payment partner, Bachs. The moment a customer pays, the money is split in two: your share and Zova's fee. Your share goes to your bank account in your next payout.

  • Daily (default): every day at 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Sales made after 10pm go out the next day.
  • Instant: within minutes of each sale. Pick it in Payout & plan.
  • Public holidays too.
  • Straight to your bank. There's no Zova wallet to withdraw from.
  • Each payout costs ₦50, charged by Bachs, not Zova. Daily means one ₦50 on days you sell; instant means ₦50 per transfer.

See what's coming

Your Today screen shows what's on its way to your bank. More → Statement shows each payout as Expected until it's sent, then Paid out, with every sale inside it.

Money hasn't arrived?

  1. 1

    Check Statement

If the payout still says Expected, it hasn't been sent yet.

  2. 2

Check your bank account in Payout & plan

Make sure the account number is right.

  3. 3

    Still nothing?

Email us with the payout date and one order reference (it looks like ZV-XXXX-XXXX). We'll trace it.

On bookings, only the deposit is paid through Zova. The balance the customer pays you in person never goes through Zova, so it's all yours.
